电缆检查井井壁压顶现场浇筑方法
电缆检查井墙体采用Mu10砂浆砖和M7.5水泥砂浆,内壁采用原砂浆勾缝。为保证砂浆质量,采用机械搅拌。砖墙应灌满砂浆,上下错缝,分层光滑。墙体砌筑完成后,内墙抹2cm厚1:2水泥砂浆。饰面后与地面混凝土一起养护。沟槽内壁连接井壁的外角应磨圆,以防以后损坏电缆检查井的外表面。电缆支架采用L100×10热镀锌角钢,按设计要求预埋。电缆检查井设有管道与附近排水管连接,避免积水。
2.3电缆井盖现场浇筑
压顶构件采用C20混凝土浇筑(购商品混凝土)钢筋Q235、二级,模板采用0.8cm厚钢板。模板应按设计高度和宽度搭设,模板支撑应牢固。模板支好后,浇筑C20混凝土。混凝土浇筑过程中应振捣密实,严禁漏振。浇筑后应及时养护,保证混凝土强度。压顶外露部分压花与盖板压花相同。

2.3 on site pouring of cable well coping
The coping component is made of C20 concrete pouring (purchase commercial concrete) steel bar Q235 and grade II, and the template is made of 0.8cm thick steel plate. The formwork shall be erected according to the design height and width, and the support of the formwork shall be firm. After the formwork is erected, the C20 concrete shall be poured. During the pouring, the concrete shall be vibrated and compacted, and leakage of vibration is strictly prohibited. After pouring, timely maintenance shall be carried out to ensure the concrete strength. The embossing of the exposed part of the coping is the same as that of the cover plate.

压顶构件采用C20混凝土浇筑(购买商品混凝土)钢筋Q235、Ⅱ级制作,摸板采用厚0.8cm钢板制作。按设计高度和宽度立好模板,模板的支撑要牢固。模板立好后再浇筑C20混凝土,浇筑时要振捣密实,严禁漏振。浇筑完毕后做到及时养护,确保砼强度。压顶外露部分的压纹与盖板相同。
