Party A invites Party B to write a manuscript (or a translated manuscript). After mutual agreement, the contract is signed and the company will abide by it.

Article 4 The draft fee shall be initially fixed at every thousand characters in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 6 Party A's Responsibility
1. After receiving the manuscript, Party A shall notify Party B that it has received the manuscript within the day and review it within the month to inform Party B whether to adopt or revise it. Otherwise the manuscript is considered accepted.
2. If Party A has no modification requirements for the manuscript, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the prescribed review period.
3. If Party A proposes to modify the manuscript, Party B shall modify the return within one month. Party A should review it within one month.
4. If the manuscript is modified to meet the publishing requirements, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the review period. If the modification still fails to meet the requirements, Party A shall notify Party B in writing to terminate the contract and return the manuscript to Party B. However, Party B shall pay Party B the amount of the draft fee according to the draft, as compensation for Party B's labor.
5. After the signing of this contract, if the manuscript is up to the publication level: (1) due to Party A's reason, the publication contract cannot be signed, and Party B should pay the basic remuneration % and return the manuscript to Party B; (2) due to changes in the objective situation, Party A shall pay the basic draft remuneration to Party B. The manuscript shall be retained by Party A for the year. If a third party (publisher) wishes to publish the manuscript within this period, Party B must first ask Party A whether to publish it. If Party A does not intend to publish, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and return the manuscript to a third party for publication. If the above retention period is exceeded, Party A shall return the manuscript to Party B, and this contract shall lapse by itself.
6. After Party A receives the manuscript, Party A shall compensate Party B for the economic loss if the manuscript is lost or lost.
Article 7 Party B’s Responsibility
1. If Party B fails to deliver the manuscript on time, Party B shall pay Party A the liquidated damages for every one month delay.
2. If the manuscript is modified by Party B, Party B will not be able to return the revised manuscript on time. For each one-month extension, Party A shall pay Party A the liquidated damages _ yuan.
3. If Party B terminates this contract due to force majeure, Party B shall repay Party B for breach of contract.
4. If Party B submits the manuscripts of Party A to other publishing units or periodicals, Party B shall reimburse Party A for the liquidated damages.
Article 8 After the contract between the two parties is signed, the contract will lapse by itself.
This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy.
