活动目的
◎使学员认识到害怕在公众场合说话是正常的,并为解决这些恐惧提供建议。
操作程序
这个训练对新的讲师或那些需要提高讲课技巧的兼职讲师,以及需要进行内部或公开演讲的人员十分有益。
1.在开始前,问学员:你认为在我们国家,大多数人最害怕的是什么?
2.将答案简明地写在黑板上或墙表上。询问大家对于最大的恐惧是否意见一致。
3.出示下页中专家所列恐惧的清单。向组员们指出,如果这信息正确,那么很多人都有类似的恐惧,觉得做一场精彩的演说或开展产品培训课程是一种挑战。
4.请小组组员共同回忆,或采用头脑风暴法,以发掘可以避免或克服这个恐惧的各种方法。
5.展示小组讨论的成果,以供组员在适当的机会将他们认为有用的方法记录下来。
其它可选操作程房
1.可以用这个活动作为讨论的指导线,也可以用它来结束讨论。可以向组员发放关于如何克服在人群前讲话的恐惧的建议手册。
2.如果小组成员较多,可以分成若干小组(5人一组)讨论,每组必须至少提供5种建议。

133 training game highlights: Overcoming the fear of lecturers
Form: 20 people (5 people in a group, can send 4 groups)

Materials: If possible, prepare transparencies to list fear lists and suggested manuals

Objectives
◎ Make the participants realize that it is normal to be afraid to speak in public and provide advice to address these fears.
Operating procedure
This training is very useful for new instructors or part-time lecturers who need to improve their speaking skills, as well as those who need internal or public presentations.
1. Before starting, ask the trainees: What do you think most people are most afraid of in our country?
2. Write the answer concisely on the blackboard or on the wall table. Ask everyone if they agree on the biggest fears.
3. Present a list of the fears listed by the experts on the next page. Point out to the team members that if this information is correct, many people have similar fears and feel that it is a challenge to make a wonderful speech or to conduct a product training course.
4. Ask the team members to recall, or use brainstorming, to explore ways to avoid or overcome this fear.
5. Showcase the results of the panel discussion so that the team members can document the methods they think are useful at an appropriate opportunity.

1. You can use this activity as a guideline for discussion, or you can use it to end the discussion. A proposal manual on how to overcome the fear of speaking in front of the crowd can be issued to the team members.
2. If there are more team members, they can be divided into several groups (group of 5) for discussion. Each group must provide at least 5 suggestions.

Some suggestions for overcoming the fear of speech
Familiar with the content of the speech (first become an expert)
Practice the speech in advance (you can take a video study yourself)
Use participation skills (encourage participation)
Know the names of the participants and call their names
Building your authority sooner or later
Contact the students with their eyes and establish a harmonious atmosphere
Advanced public speaking course
Show your preparations (by distributing speeches, etc.)

Think more about how to deal with difficult situations and problems
