沟槽施工采用梯形断面开挖,机械为主,人工配合。开挖采用直槽形式。开挖时严格控制沟底设计标高,机械开挖预留10cm,人工清底,避免机械作业超挖扰动沟底原状土。如遇不良土,应书面报告业主和监理工程师,经批准后进行施工处理。
开挖过程中,基坑排水应做好,两侧排水沟截面积应为15 cm×15 cm。施工前和施工期间,应考虑地表水的排水和基坑内积水的排水,以保证混凝土楼板无水施工。基坑开挖过程中,基坑附近不得堆放土和建筑材料,以达到文明施工的目的。在开挖基坑时,在土壤不良的情况下,应适当增加边坡,以保证沟槽底部的工作面。
1.2.2沟槽混凝土地面施工
施工前应将槽底板找平,放出槽中心线,按设计高度和宽度用槽土模浇筑混凝土底板。混凝土等级C15,采用商品混凝土,厚度10cm。混凝土应严格按要求振捣密实。浇筑完毕后,及时修整养护,保证混凝土强度。沟底板应向排水方向倾斜3‰,以利于电缆沟的排水。

During excavation, the design elevation of trench bottom shall be strictly controlled, and 10cm shall be reserved for mechanical excavation, and the bottom shall be cleaned manually, so as to avoid over excavation of mechanical operation disturbing undisturbed soil at trench bottom. In case of bad soil, it shall be reported to the owner and the supervising engineer in written form, and construction treatment shall be carried out after approval.
During excavation, the drainage of foundation pit should be done well, and the cross-sectional area of drainage ditch on both sides should be 15 cm × 15 cm. Before and during the construction, the drainage of surface water and the drainage of accumulated water in the foundation pit should be considered to ensure that the concrete floor is constructed without water. During the excavation of foundation pit, soil and building materials shall not be piled up near the foundation pit, so as to achieve civilized construction. When excavating the foundation pit, in case of bad soil, the slope should be increased appropriately to ensure the working face at the bottom of the trench.
1.2.2 trench concrete floor construction
Before construction, the groove bottom plate shall be leveled, the groove center line shall be set out, and the concrete bottom plate shall be poured with groove soil mold according to the designed height and width. The concrete grade is C15, commercial concrete is used, and the thickness is 10cm. The concrete shall be vibrated in strict accordance with the requirements until it is completely compacted. After pouring, finish and maintain timely to ensure the strength of concrete. The trench bottom plate shall be sloped 3 ‰ towards the drainage direction to facilitate the drainage of the cable trench.

开挖时做好基坑排水工作,两侧对称挖排水沟的截面积15cm×15cm为宜。施工前和施工过程中考虑地表水的排除及基坑中积水的抽排,确保混凝土底板在无水环境下施工。基坑开挖期间,基坑附近不堆放弃土和建筑材料,做到文明施工。开挖基坑时,如遇到不良土壤应适当加大放坡,确保槽底作业面。
1.2.2 沟槽混凝土底板施工
施工前,对沟槽底板进行整平,放出沟槽中心线,按设计的高度和宽度利用沟槽土模浇筑混凝土底板。混凝土标号为C15,采用商品混凝土,厚度10cm。浇筑时严格按要求振捣,直到完全密实为止。浇筑后进行收光并做到及时养护,确保混凝土的强度。沟槽底板应3‰朝排水方向放坡,以便电缆沟的排水。
