运输包装
(一)注意事项∶
1、聚乙烯管相对轻和柔韧,易被尖锐物和石块等划伤。而表面是运行中产生开裂的诱因。
2、长时间的剧烈的日晒将加速管材的老化,缩短使用寿命。
3、油类、酸、碱、盐,尤其是活性剂类有机化学物质(不能使用的有酸雾、王水、浓度在98%以上的酸、碱、盐),附在管材上将使其运行中在一定条件耐环境应力裂的性能有所降低。
4、聚乙烯管的刚度相对较低,重压支撑不均等均易造成永久变形,影响使用寿命,甚至造成报废。(二)运输
1、管材在运输,装卸或搬运时要小心轻放,不得受到剧烈撞击,不得抛、摔、滚动及烈日曝晒,缆绳与管材接触处宜有软质材料隔离保护,装运时严禁管材放在管件上。
2、管材贮存地应平整,堆放整齐,堆放高度不超过2m,距离热源不少于5m。不得露天曝晒,如露天堆放应加以遮盖。
(三)安装
1、管沟的开挖必须严格按照设计图纸或工程监理指导的开挖路线及开挖深度进行施工,而且在没有征得相关部门同意的情况下不得擅自进行改动。
2、PE管道的柔性好、重量轻,所以采用热熔对接的管材可以在地面上预制较长管线,当地形条件允许时,管线的地面焊接可使管沟的开挖宽度减小。狭窄管沟的开挖可以采用旋转开挖机、犁或铲具等开挖机具。
3、管道铺设应在沟底标高和管道基础质量检查合格后进行,在铺设管道前要对管材、管件等重新作一次外观检查,发现有问题的管材、管件均不得采用。管道不得铺设在冻土上。管材连接好后平稳入沟槽内。管材在吊动及放入沟内时,应采用可靠的软带吊具,平稳下沟,不与沟壁或沟底激烈碰撞应防止划伤、扭曲或过大的拉伸和弯曲。聚乙烯管道宜蛇形敷设,并可随地形弯曲敷设。
4、放缆时为避免发生缠绕,应采用放缆机放缆。牵引纲缆与直埋管的连接可使用较粗的铁丝纵向穿过轴心,与光(电)缆相连。
