The case caused a sensation at that time and was also one of the main cases prosecuted by the Japanese prosecution.

In addition, the prosecution also believes that Nomura is related to the shooting of police in Fukuoka County in 2012, the stabbing of nurses in 2013 and the stabbing of dentists in 2014. In the latter three cases, the prosecution charged them with attempted murder.
