160MPP电力管通过大量室内试验,以高温、疲劳和抗水损害性能作为主要检测项目,分别从3个方面评价环氧沥青混合料摊铺等待时间对其性能的影响,并通过灰关联分析法给出了环氧沥青混合料的摊铺等待时间推荐值。结果表明:当摊铺等待时间小于30min时,环氧沥青混合料性能无变化;当灰关联综合性能下降至80%时,其摊铺等待时间长,可达80min.这种方法可用于环氧沥青的研发和工程实践的评判。

160MPP电力管施工前注意事项

1.1.按照国家规定的标准,包括各行业或生产厂家的标准,管材在运输、装卸和搬运时要小心轻放,不得受到剧烈撞击。严禁抛、摔、滚动及烈日暴晒,缆绳与管材接触处宜有软质材料隔离保护。

2.管材储存地应平整,堆放整齐,堆放高度不超过1.5m ,距离热源不少于5m。不得露天暴晒,如露天堆放应加以遮盖。管材扩口部位应交叉放置,避免挤压变形。

3.加工温度、时间、压力、视气候状况作相应调整。

4.管材最小弯曲半径应≥75管外径。

 160MPP电力管焊接

当我们在进行使用时,因为对整体的设计需求,常会进行焊接施工,我们在焊接施工中应当注意哪些呢。MPP电力管焊接面管材错边不超过管材壁厚的10%,当气温低时,应适当加热温度和吸热时间,当温度低于﹣5℃或大风天气时,应有保温和防范措施。MPP电力管加热压力应分阶段控制,加热时压力稍大,吸热时压力较小。焊缝冷却时应自然冷却,采用强制冷却时,将影响管材焊接。下雨天气不能进行MPP电力管焊接,否则焊接管材端面会产生水汽,在加热前,应用加热板烘烤管材端面至水汽完全蒸发为止,然后进行管材加热。MPP电力管加热板表面及管端应经常用酒精清洁,确保加热板表面无油污和水,及杂质。加热板表面防粘层应不损伤,进行焊接前,应用干净的绵纱或抹布管材端面的水,杂质和泥土。应保持焊接管材端面清洁。

The results show that when the paving waiting time is less than 30min, the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture does not change; When the comprehensive performance of ash correlation decreases to 80%, the paving waiting time is long, up to 80min. This method can be used for the research and development of epoxy asphalt and the evaluation of engineering practice.

Precautions before construction of 160mpp power pipe

1.1. According to the national standards, including the standards of various industries or manufacturers, pipes shall be handled with care during transportation, loading, unloading and handling, and shall not be violently impacted. Throwing, falling, rolling and exposure to the sun are strictly prohibited. The contact between the cable and the pipe should be isolated and protected by soft materials.

2. The storage place of pipes shall be flat and stacked neatly. The stacking height shall not exceed 1.5m and the distance from the heat source shall not be less than 5m. It shall not be exposed to the sun. If it is stacked in the open air, it shall be covered. The flared parts of pipes shall be placed cross to avoid extrusion deformation.

3. The processing temperature, time, pressure and shall be adjusted accordingly according to the climatic conditions.

4. The minimum bending radius of the pipe shall be ≥ 75 pipe outer diameter.

160mpp power pipe welding

When we use it, because of the overall design requirements, we often carry out welding construction. What should we pay attention to in welding construction. The misalignment of MPP power pipe welding surface shall not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When the temperature is low, the heating temperature and heat absorption time shall be appropriate. When the temperature is lower than - 5 ℃ or windy weather, thermal insulation and preventive measures shall be taken. The heating pressure of MPP power pipe shall be controlled by stages. The pressure during heating is slightly higher than that during heat absorption. The weld shall be cooled naturally when cooling, and the pipe welding will be affected when forced cooling is adopted. MPP power pipe welding cannot be carried out in rainy weather, otherwise water vapor will be generated at the end face of the welded pipe. Before heating, the end face of the pipe shall be baked with a heating plate until the water vapor is completely evaporated, and then the pipe shall be heated. The surface and pipe end of the heating plate of MPP power pipe shall be cleaned frequently with alcohol to ensure that the surface of the heating plate is free of oil, water and impurities. The anti sticking layer on the surface of the heating plate shall not be damaged. Before welding, clean cotton yarn or rag shall be used to clean the water, impurities and soil on the end face of the pipe. The end face of welded pipe shall be kept clean.
