HDPE多孔梅花管是多孔管形状为梅花型,孔数从三孔到九孔不等,主要分为七孔梅花管和五孔梅花管,又称梅花管和蜂窒管。是以HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)为原料,经挤出机一次挤塑成型生产,各单孔壁相交,紧密熔界的一种线缆护套管材。这种管材的作用就是保护里面的线缆，对于电力电缆起到一个很好的保护作用，能够做到防水防潮，防污染，防止腐蚀性物体进入，使线路在使用的过程中非常的安全，线路寿命得到有效的延长，主要的是安全性得到有效的提高。同时由于它是一次性成型的一体化多孔护套管，所以施工方便，增加了预埋孔数，提高了施工速度，大大降低了工程单位的材料及施工成本。

运输安装

1、管道埋设地沟应按设计要求，施工操作尽可能平直，如沟底不平可铺上一层沙。埋管前应清除沟内的硬质物，防止管道变形。

2、管道连接将管材状定位筋朝上放置，将端部管材外壁清理干净。根据实际的人井的长度用钢锯锯断，截面整齐。对接完成之后，伸入人井的一端要求用管塞塞好，防止异物侵入。

3、初次安装使用本产品者，可在铺设第一段（两个人井之间的距离时）先不要回填土。用穿缆器试穿一孔或两孔。

4、管子铺设好之后，应先用细沙或细十回填到温没管的高度，不可使管子悬空状态，然后回填其它泥土，禁止将大石头、大的干土块砸向管子。

5、当管线经过受外刀酸坏较严重的地段时，在接孔部分用水泥混泥土包覆，以保计其绝对安全。

Product Usage

It is mainly used to protect the bushings of communication cables such as China Mobile, China Railcom, China Unicom, Netcom, and Radio and Television.

Transport and installation

1. The buried trench of the pipeline should be in accordance with the design requirements, and the construction operation should be as straight as possible. If the bottom of the trench is uneven, a layer of sand can be spread. Before burying the pipe, the hard objects in the trench should be removed to prevent the pipe from being deformed.

2. For pipe connection, place the pipe-shaped positioning rib upward, and clean the outer wall of the end pipe. According to the length of the actual manhole, it is cut with a hacksaw, and the section is neat. After the docking is completed, the end that extends into the manhole needs to be plugged with a pipe plug to prevent foreign matter from intruding.

3. If you install and use this product for the first time, do not backfill the soil before laying the first section (the distance between two manholes). Try one or two holes with a cable passer.

4. After the pipe is laid, it should be backfilled with fine sand or fine sand to the height of the warm pipe. The pipe should not be left in the air, and then backfilled with other soil. It is forbidden to hit the pipe with large rocks or large dry soil.

5. When the pipeline passes through a section that is severely damaged by external knife acid, the connection part shall be covered with cement concrete to ensure its absolute safety.
