MPP导管的强度试验压力应高于导管的设计压力
MPP系统整体安装完毕后,应经MPP系统外观检查合格。吹扫合格后方可进行强度试验和严密性试验。强度试验时,用肥皂或洗涤剂检查是否漏气,检查完毕后,及时用水冲洗。因为聚乙烯输气管道在内部变形达到临界值或与外部介质(洗涤剂等表面活性剂)接触时会发生开裂。
吹扫和试验应使用压缩空气,其温度不应超过40℃。
压缩机出口设置分离器和过滤器,防止有害物质进入聚乙烯气管线。由于空气压缩机所用的机油和寒冷冬季使用的防冻剂容易随压缩空气进入聚乙烯燃气管道,这些机油和防冻剂会对聚乙烯燃气管道产生不利影响,因此需要在压缩机出口安装分离器和过滤器。
MPP动力管道强度试验压力应为设计压力的1.5倍。中压管道最小压力不低于0.30mpa;低压管道最小压力不低于0.05Mpa。聚乙烯燃气管道强度试验时,应缓慢升压。达到试验压力后,稳压1H,不降压为合格。
聚乙烯燃气管道的严密性试验与金属管道的严密性试验相同。
The strength test pressure of MPP conduit should be higher than the design pressure of conduit
After the installation of MPP power pipeline system, after the appearance inspection is qualified, the whole system should be blown by sections. The strength test and tightness test can be carried out only after the purging is qualified. During the strength test, use soap or detergent to check whether there is air leakage, and after the inspection, flush the detergent or soap with water in time. Because polyethylene gas pipeline will crack when its internal deformation reaches a critical value or when it contacts with external medium (detergent and other surfactants).
Compressed air should be used for purging and testing, and its temperature should not exceed 40 ℃.
Separator and filter shall be installed at the outlet of compressor to prevent harmful substances from entering polyethylene gas pipeline. As the oil used in air compressor and antifreeze used in cold winter are easy to enter polyethylene gas pipeline with compressed air, the oil and antifreeze will have adverse effects on polyethylene gas pipeline, so it is required to install separator and filter at the outlet of compressor.
The strength test pressure of MPP power pipeline should be 1.5 times of the design pressure. The minimum pressure of medium pressure pipeline shall not be less than 0.30mpa; the minimum pressure of low pressure pipeline shall not be less than 0.05Mpa. During the strength test of polyethylene gas pipeline, the pressure should be increased slowly. After reaching the test pressure, the pressure should be stabilized for 1H. If the pressure is not reduced, it is qualified.
The tightness test of polyethylene gas pipeline is the same as that of metal pipeline.

mpp电力管道系统安装完毕,在外观检查合格后,应对全系统进行分段吹扫。吹扫合格后,方可进行强度试验和严密性试验。在强度试验时,使用肥皂液或洗涤剂检查是否漏气,并在检验完毕后,及时用水冲去检漏的洗涤剂或肥皂液。因为聚乙烯燃气管道在其内部变形达到某一临界值或与外部介质(洗涤剂等表面活性剂)接触时,聚乙烯燃气管道会出现龟裂。
吹扫与试验介质宜用压缩空气,其温度不宜超过40℃。
压缩机出口端应安装分离器和过滤器,防止有害物质进入聚乙烯燃气管道。由于空气压缩机使用的油和寒冷冬季使用的防冻剂容易随压缩空气进入聚乙烯燃气管道内,油和防冻剂会对聚乙烯燃气管道产生不良影响,故规定要在压缩机出口端安装分离器和过滤器。
