说明:氢气通过炉前的大阻火器和小阻火器进入合成炉灯头,两个阻火器均由阀门控制,然后进入合成炉底部灯头燃烧,产生氯化氢气体。炉体内的合成气经夹套水冷却后,再经炉外冷却水冷却至220℃以下,再经石墨冷却器冷却至45℃以下,当氯纯度合格后,送氯乙烯工段

2、 乙炔工艺说明及框图:
说明:瓶装或袋装电石经破碎机破碎后,由皮带机送入电石大储桶,再由电石大储桶放入料桶。经计量后,用电石斗、电动葫芦、电磁振捣器连续加入乙炔发生器。电石水解产生的粗乙炔气从乙炔发生器顶部逸出,通过喷淋预冷器和正水封进入冷却塔和乙炔气柜。从发生器出来的冷却后的乙炔气进入乙炔压缩机增压,粗乙炔气中的PH3、H2S等杂质经清洗塔脱除,酸和水经中和塔和冷凝器脱除。精制乙炔气送氯乙烯合成转化工序。

Description: hydrogen enters the lamp cap of synthesis furnace through the large flame arrester and the small flame arrester in front of the furnace, both of which are controlled by valves, and then enters the lamp cap at the bottom of synthesis furnace for combustion to generate hydrogen chloride gas. The synthesis gas in the furnace body is cooled by jacket water, then cooled to below 220 ℃ by cooling water outside the furnace, and then cooled to below 45 ℃ by graphite cooler, When the purity of chlorine is qualified, it is sent to the vinyl chloride section
Block diagram: hydrogen + chlorine - → synthesis furnace - → block hole graphite cooler - → tube graphite cooler - → demisting - → sending to vinyl chloride process
2、 Process description and block diagram of acetylene:
Description: after broken by crusher, the bottled or bagged calcium carbide is sent to the large calcium carbide storage bucket by belt conveyor, and then put into the charging bucket from the large calcium carbide storage bucket. After measurement, it is continuously added into the acetylene generator by means of calcium carbide bucket, electric hoist and electromagnetic vibrator. Crude acetylene gas produced by calcium carbide hydrolysis escapes from the top of acetylene generator and enters cooling tower and acetylene gas holder through spray precooler and positive water seal. The cooled acetylene gas from the generator enters the acetylene compressor for pressurization, then the impurities such as PH3 and H2S in the crude acetylene gas are removed through the cleaning tower, and then the acid and water are removed through the neutralization tower and condenser. Refined acetylene gas is sent to vinyl chloride synthesis and conversion process.
Block diagram: calcium carbide → calcium carbide silo → two storage hoppers → generator → alkali washing tower → cooling tower → water ring compressor → water separator → purification tower 1 → purification tower 2 → neutralization tower → cooler → cyclone separator → delivery to vinyl chloride process

叙述:桶装或袋装电石经过破碎机破碎后,由皮带机送到电石大贮斗内,再从电石大贮斗放入加料斗,经计量后借电石吊斗、电动葫芦、电磁振动器连续加入乙炔发生器。电石水解产生的粗乙炔气由乙炔发生器顶部逸出,经喷淋预冷器、正水封进入冷却塔和乙炔气柜。来自发生器经冷却后的乙炔气,进入乙炔压缩机加压,然后经清净塔除去粗乙炔气中的PH3、H2S等杂质,再经中和塔、冷凝器等除去酸和水分。精制后的精乙炔气送往氯乙烯合成转化工序。
