4) The company's equity agreed to amend the company's articles of association resolution (signature of new shareholders)

5) The company's equity transfer agreement 1 (signed by the original shareholder)

6), the company's directors, supervisors, managers' situation sheet (signing and stamping the official seal)

7), the company's equity transfer agreement 2 (signed as required)

8), the company's executive director appointment manager resolution (signature)

9), the company's legal representative registration form (signature and official seal)

Note: After the information is completed, sign the name on the copy of the ID card and write consistent with the original, sign the signature and keep the writing consistent.
